If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your product within 14 days from the date of receipt in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

How to Request a Return

Click the return link and enter your order number and the email address used for the order. Select the products you wish to return and follow the on-screen instructions. You can also track the status of your return.

You can call our Customer Service at 0656546993, providing your order number and an email address. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide a return authorization number.

By Email
You may also request a return by writing to resi@tecnoroyal.it. Please include your personal information and your order number. Our team will then provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number.

Preparing Your Return

Please return the product in its original packaging, with all documents, accessories, and manuals included. The package should be securely sealed to protect the contents during shipping. If the product is returned incomplete or damaged, we will still process the return, but the refund may be adjusted to reflect the condition of the returned item.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

Exceptions

In line with EU consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Sealed audiovisual products (e.g., DVDs, CDs) or computer software once opened.

• Goods made to measure or clearly personalized.

• Goods that by their nature cannot be returned, or that may deteriorate or expire quickly.
